From hand-pulled espresso to craft cocktails stirred to perfection — every drink at On The Fritz is made like it's the last one you'll have tonight.
On The Fritz Concessions isn't your typical college-town hangout. We opened our doors on 101 E College Ave with one conviction: Appleton deserves a place where the coffee is as intentional as the cocktail, and where the atmosphere feels like home without sacrificing sophistication.
Whether you're grabbing a morning pour-over before class, meeting friends for an afternoon drink, or winding down with a whiskey sour after a long week — this is your spot. No pretension, no rush, just good drinks and better company.
